Drone footage is an addition — not a replacement

Every Pine & Gable inspection starts the same way: we physically inspect your roof, your attic, and any accessible structural and crawl spaces ourselves. We look at decking from below, ventilation, insulation, signs of past leaks, and the bones of the assembly. That part is free, and it's how we actually know what's going on with your roof.

The drone covers the parts we can't safely or thoroughly reach from a ladder — steep upper planes, complex valley sections on tall homes, coastal-facing slopes that drop to a cliff. It's an add-on for the parts of the roof a person shouldn't be standing on. Anyone who tells you a drone flight alone is a complete roof inspection is selling you something.
