Insurance claims

Insurance requiring a new roof? We handle it.

Storm damage, wind damage, or an insurer that's done renewing without a replacement — we've walked dozens of southern Maine homeowners through the claims process. Here's how we make it painless.

Insurance roof claims in Maine come in two flavors: damage-based (a storm took shingles, an ice dam caused interior leaks) and age-based (your carrier is refusing to renew unless you replace an older roof). We handle both.

We start with a free in-person inspection — roof, attic, and structure — and produce the documentation your adjuster needs. For steep, coastal, or hard-to-reach roofs we can add a professional drone flight as a paid add-on so the aerial record is comprehensive. Photos, measurements, damage report, scope of work, line-item quote. Most adjusters tell us it's the cleanest paperwork they get.

Once your claim is approved, we install to the spec the carrier approved (or better, if you'd like to upgrade and cover the difference). We don't play games with supplements or fight your adjuster — we just do the work right.

  • Free in-person inspection — drone flight available as a paid add-on for hard-to-reach roofs
  • Damage documentation and scope-of-work for your adjuster
  • Direct coordination with your insurance carrier
  • Upgrade options if you'd like to improve on the approved spec
  • No high-pressure sales — we work on your timeline and theirs
