Document the damage as early as possible (date, cause, photos), file the claim with your insurer, and request an adjuster inspection. Drone inspections are an optional paid add-on for roofs too high or steep to walk safely, or where the owner or architect restricts access. We partner with a licensed third-party FAA Part 107 pilot here in southern Maine, and the flat fee is quoted up front before we fly. The drone footage is always in addition to (never instead of) our standard physical roof, attic, and structural inspection.

Yes. If your insurer is requiring a replacement after wind, hail, or storm damage, we'll document everything you need and coordinate directly with your adjuster.
